Students Looking For Volunteer Work:
If any students are looking for volunteer hours for various programs or would like to add to their resume, the Guardian Book Drive for Literacy will  be looking for volunteers from May 7th. or the 17th.  Students will be asked to sort books donated into categories and may take a book home with them at the end of their shift.  If interested please contact:  Jolene Spencer, NIE/Marketing Coordinator, The Guardian and the Journal Pioneer, phone (902) 629-6000 Ext:  6086/ Fax: (902) 566-3808

Note to Students:
Our annual “What’s In Style” show is starting to take shape.  Students have been around the school taping “Beat of the Street” and we have lots of meaningful information to get out to the students.  Part of the show includes our student clothes models who will be walking the runway showing off the latest styles from local stores.  This is always a favorite part of the show.  We are looking for clothing models from all grade levels, male and female, to be part of the show.  If you are interested in being part of the show, pick up an application form from Mrs. Steele or Mr. Aiken in grade 9.  All are welcome to submit an application form.
