Library:  Today is the beginning day of the Scholastic book fair.  Go to the library to browse the new books and have a chance to win prizes.
– Contests at this year’s fair are:
Guess the book quote – listen to the morning annoucements Tues to Thurs for the daily book quote.  Place your guess in the box in the library with the book title, your name and class. The winner will be drawn and announced at Reading Period.
Each day there will be a draw for “I wish I could win…”  If you purchase a book you
can enter the contest.  If you purchase anything from the fair, you have a chance to win a poster, pencil or eraser. The fair runs this week during school hours as well as Thurs. evening.

Boys Soccer Team: Would teachers please excuse members of the boys soccer team at 2:15 as they need to get changed and meet their drives to Summerside for 2:30. The boys play in the provincial semi final and the winner will play for gold in the provincials on Friday at the Cornwall turf.  The players are asked to change into uniforms in the gym locker rooms and meet drives at the back doors.

Girls Field Hockey Team: Please excuse the girls field hockey team at 2:45 as they will need to prepare for their semi final game in Cornwall.  Our girls soccer team will host the semi game at 4:30 in the Bowl. Good luck to all coaches and athletes!

Girls Volleyball:  There is a girls volleyball game today at 4:00 pm @ Birchwood.  Girls be at the back door at 3:05 pm to get your taxis.
