Cafeteria:   Pasta  Bake
Stonepark’s Got Talent:  Reminder to students, if interested in putting an act in the annual Stonepark’s Got Talent, forward your name(s) to Mrs. Gallant, lower floor Grade 8 or to Mrs. Smith, lower floor House 7. The act can be of any variety: singing, dancing, acrobatics, lip sync, comedy routine, etc.
Benefit for Chris Leclair: There will be a Youth Talent Show as part of the benefit for Chris Leclair this Friday November 30th at the Murphy Community Centre in Charlottetown . Chris has an immunity disorder that makes him prone to infections and difficult for him to work. The event runs from 630-830 and features youth rock bands, gymnasts, lots of guitars and a Gangnam-Style dance performed by students from Stratford Elementary.  There will be fudge, cookies, popcorn and canned drinks for sale. Tickets are $5 and available at Stratford Elementary, Stonepark and at the door.  All proceeds will support Chris LeClair and his family.
Photography Club:  Meeting on Day 2 (Thursday) in the computer lab upstairs at 12:35 … not in Ms. Gillis’ room.Be sure to bring digital pictures with you so we can put together our theme collage on Signs of Winter / Signs of Spring.
Yearbook Committee:  This is a reminder to all yearbook committee members of the workshop that begins today at 12:15 sharp in lab #3. You have permission to be dismissed at 12:00 to eat beforehand. Please be on time.
Library:
We welcome the Summerside Storm and author Sharon McKay to Stonepark today.This morning during periods 1&2 players from the Summerside Storm will be visiting some classes. These classes are period 1: 7D, Horrelt, 7F, Blanchette and 7J, Chaisson.  Period 2 they will be going to 9E, Connolly, 7I &7H Shellington and 7G Blanchette.  Author Sharon McKay will be giving 2 presentations in the library periods 3&4.  The classes attending her session period 3 are 7G with Mrs MacPhail, 8C Carver 8E Weeks and 9J MacEachern. Period 4 classes attending are 9I Aiken, and 8A Legault. There is one more opening for Sharon McKay period 4. All Read In ballots must be returned to the library no later than reading period this Thurs.
Phys. Ed: The following girls Phys. Ed classes will swim at CARI Pool on Thursday:  9AF,CJ,BH.  Cost of the swim is 4:00.  Would the following girls hand in your soccer uniforms to Mrs. Steele. Maeve MacNally,  Ellie Langston, Clara Ready, Lauren Steele.
Girls A Basketball:  The Girls A Basketball will have a meeting in the gym today at break to get their uniform. Also, there is a practice tonight from 6:30 – 8:00 pm.
Anti-Bullying Awareness & Prevention Week: Congratulations to all the classes who submitted an acrostic poem for our bullying awareness and prevention week. They were very well done which made they judging extremely difficult.  The classes who will receive an ice cream party are: for grade 7 is 7C for grade 8 is 8F and for grade 9 is 9E. The class who will receive a pizza party and have their poem made into a t-shirt is 8J
